The 2019 Pommard opens with aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant and wild strawberry, layered with warm spice, forest floor and a touch of leather. On the palate: concentrated red and dark fruit framed by structured yet fine tannins, building savory complexity with notes of earthy truffle, clove and subtle graphite minerality. Bright acidity keeps the medium body poised, leading to a lingering finish with gentle spice and refined length.
